Sub-Committee of Quality Improvement Sub-Committee of quality improvement: This committee is at the faculty level and its head is selected by the faculty scientific council. The members of this committee are experienced professors, heads of departments and the head of the faculty. The committee adjusts the sessions as necessary, the number of sessions should not be less than three during the semester. The number of members (5-9) is considered. If the number of departments in a faculty is higher than the number of departments, members are considered. Having a proper office and system for collecting and recording information and files to document all activities related to the activities is extremely necessary and important for the committee. If possible, use the Information Technology Infrastructure (HEMIS) facility in the institution or create a database to record data. All meetings are recorded in the protocol book and the pictures are officially sent to the relevant authorities.
