The vital and historical importance of universities or academic institutions is to train and orient the capable personalities for the achievement of societal goals and objectives. We try to operationalize such importance in terms of creating a proper learning system, academic research and providing standard services. Being in an education industry, HU is looking forward to keep and sustain its position, holding the societal trust and corporate responsibility. It would be a great pleasure for HU to give hand to the disables of existing community, in order to applaud its strategic goals and values. However, HU is currently serving a large number of disable portion of society, but it would not be a point of saturation. Considering the existence of academic units in society and their social responsibility declares that each unit should unitedly and committedly take part in the stabilization of the concerned culture. In addition, these institutions are the only source of public awareness and improving the spirituality. The developed and developing countries are focusing on innovative trends in their academic institutions. Because they believe on talent management and innovations. A country can be self-satisfied only if the culture of inventions and innovations is at the peak. Historical glimpse teaches us that a nation with sense of development and innovation never heads back, always opportunities and prosperities welcome them in future. Being a part of Afghanistan’s educational association and with current existing miseries, the administration of HU feels optimistic and looking for change and revolution in mentioned industry. This is only possible if all institutions give hand to each other for the sake of academic revolution. Therefore, HU is struggling to push up and take a stage of leadership as well as willing to be counted in the base founders of corporate responsibility.

One of the university’s two main roles are to help our students achieve the potential and become what they want to be and what society needs. Our other main role is to generate new knowledge that improves the world and illuminates our understanding of it.
