Subcommittee on preparation, formulation, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan Subcommittee on preparation, formulation, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan Duties and responsibilities: 1- Organizing regular quarterly meetings with plans and decisions on regular and specific agendas regarding the strategic plan of the institute; 2- Realistic review of the situation, facilities and study of the required resources and available resources in order to perform the necessary analyzes for the development of a strategic plan; 3- Annual review of the strategic plan of the institute and proposing the necessary changes to improve the strategic plan of the institute; 4- Submitting a report on tangible progress regarding the development, revision, modification and renewal of the strategic plan to the Scientific Council of the Institute; 5- Supervising the implementation of the strategic plan on an annual basis and preparing a report on the implementation of the strategic plan and presenting its results to the scientific council of the institute; 6- Examining the problems of implementing the strategic plan at the end of each year and the order of the document and submitting its document to the scientific council of the institute; 7- Preparing a plan of measures to solve possible challenges in the way of implementing the strategic plan and obtaining its approval from the Scientific Council of the Institute; 8- Other duties are assigned to it by the scientific council of the institute.
