Dean message Masses at any level would not have been possible without the existence of governing bodies, and the creation of a well-organized administration would not have been possible without the existence of a pre-arranged plan. Hence, having a plan and program in the management departments, especially at the level of academic scientific institutions, is considered necessary, and by resorting to plans and programs, they can achieve their goal. Therefore, the Hewad Univesity is scientific and academic. At the macro level, it has a clear strategic plan and has tried to implement these plans and plans at the small level as well. in order to, achieve its goals, vision and mission, the Faculty of Law and Political Science has needed a strategic plan in the light of the general plan of the Hewad Univesity. The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Hewad Univesity has good facilities and efficient scientific-administrative staff. Relevant departments have stated in this plan, the greatest effort has been made in providing standard and quality educational services and producing legal and political knowledge based on scientific and nationally accepted regional and global bases.
